28A Your Exit Strategy
I plan to stay with the business and develop partnerships with competitors, such as Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, until I either retire or want to sell the company. I selected this particular exit strategy because I have always wanted to develop my own concept and turn it into a reality. Building this coffee ATM empire seems to have the potential to be very successful. This exit strategy relates to my other decisions because I see myself as a very independent entrepreneur and have very high hopes for my concept. Staying with my original concept and business gives me self confidence that I can be a leader of a major business or corporation. This concept has identified many future opportunities for itself, such as future partnerships and concept location expansion.
Hey Remi,
ReplyDeleteI like it a lot that you plan to stay with your business idea and don't plan to sell it. I think you had quite similar thoughts as I had for my business. I also believe that it is very clever to develop partnerships with your competitors (Keep your friends close, but keep your enemies even closer). You can be proud of your business idea, it has a lot of potential. I would look forward if you would put it into reality.
Hi Remi, I really like your exit strategy because I think it really demonstrates the passion you have for your company. I don't understand how some people can put so much time and effort into a company and then just sell it off. However, I do think you may want to consider a bit more what your alternative plan would be if the company began to decline within the business cycle.
