16A What's Your Secret Sauce?

Interviews from people that know me the best:

Interview #1: outgoing, super kind, extremely positive, motivated and a goal getter, hardworking, really good memory. Can always have a good time. Is never rude to people. Not judgmental.

Interview #2: Remi is a very up-beat person, but does try very hard for people to like her. She’s a people pleaser and will go the extra mile to make sure that you’re okay. She’s a hard worker and highly motivated. She is always moving and has her plate very fully it seems like.

Interview #3: You are one of the nicest people I know. You are extremely loyal and kind. I can always count on you when I need a favor. Multitasking is one of your best abilities. However, sometimes you can come off as naïve, but that is just so you don’t look like a bad person. Maybe you act naïve so you don’t have to deal with other issues or to avoid looking like the bad guy. Any way, you are defiantly a friend to all kind.

Interview #4: Super loyal and kind. Always willing to lend a hand to whoever needs it. Does avoid confrontation because she tends to want to please people. Always down to have a good time. Can be slightly overwhelming to people who do not have the same outgoing personality as her, but is always understanding about personal needs and boundaries. Willing to go on the fly (especially with cooking) and is totally a mom that wants to feed everyone.

Interview #5: Hard working and very motivated. You can be kind of a spaz sometimes. This only happens when you get into one of your really hyper moods. You are also very skittish and sometimes are not aware of your surroundings like one should be. You mean well and are kind to everyone you speak to. You are one of the most self-determined people I know. When you are given a task you are determined to finish it on the fly.


Reflection: I learned that there are a few things that I did not know about myself. I learned that I am a try hard. I can agree with this because I do think I am a people pleaser. I will do anything to make someone like me. I can agree that I like to avoid conflict and that I can sometimes come off as naïve. I would change a few things on my list including: scatterbrained from time-to-time and a try hard when it comes to likeability.
